I’m a mid-50s, empty-nest, post-menopausal, working woman who once believed that she did not have one single cell of ‘athlete’ in her DNA. Enter Julie Hodge.
After just eight short weeks, lots of great teaching (Really great teaching), solid encouragement, and remarkable support; those slumbering athlete cells have begun to awaken and take flight.
Julie is a fitness expert who gives you the accurate and reliable information about exercise and movement, but more important to me, she has the vision to inspire and challenge me to begin to think differently about myself.
I am not full of limitations – my body has strength and promise.
I may never run a marathon or climb a mountain; but each time I work with Julie I know that I am stronger than I was before. I am assured that she will help me reach my goal of aging a little more actively and gracefully.
For me this is what has set Julie apart from the rest, she has given me the tools I need to achieve long-term weight control rather than a quick fix. Julie is smart, sensible and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Having only been training with Julie for a few weeks, I feel my mental and physical strength has improved.
