Feel free to download my Exercise O'Clock worksheet to use as a helpful tool to schedule in those "get the heart pumping" minutes each week. You can "chunk" up your activity, 5 minutes here, 5 there, 10 here, 20 there as needed - it doesn't have to all be done at one time!
Use this PDF to calculate your own maximum heart rate. This is very helpful so that you can then figure out your "moderate" and "vigorous" heart rate zones to be sure you're getting the most from your cardiovascular fitness minutes.
