HOW IT WORKS:
It's a 4 week fitness/workout program created exclusively for you (for at home and/or at the gym, depending on your request).
It requires that you and I have a free 30 minute discovery call so that I can gather the information I need to create your plan.
Your plan is created in a spreadsheet document for you and emailed along with any supporting information such as photo's, explanations, videos etc. Please note that this plan does not automatically include "how to" video's for each exercise. If you want that, please choose the "Add On Item #1 option below under "Add On Items".
Your plan is created and provided to you within 72 hours of payment and our 30 minute discovery call via email.
Note: This plan does NOT include personal training support.
ADD ON ITEMS
WHAT A PFP INCLUDES:
A 4 week personalized fitness plan provided to you within 72 hours of our 30 minute discovery call via email.
One (1) revision to extend the plan another 2 weeks (this does not provide a new 4 week plan).
NOTE: If you complete the original 4 week fitness plan, receive a revision to extend it another 2 weeks and complete that and wish to purchase another 4 week PFP you may do so at a reduced rate of $125 + gst.
ADD ON ITEM #1
An online or in person person 1 HOUR personal training session with me to walk through your program together where I'll demonstrate how to perform each of the exercises in your program.
$75 + gst.
This can be recorded and emailed to you.
ADD ON ITEM #2:
A custom built daily accountability app created as a companion to your PFP that you access daily by mobile device and/or your laptop to keep you on track and accountable to your program (and results!).
$75 + gst.
