1) You sign up for your personalized fitness plan by choosing your preferred method of payment.

2) You schedule your complimentary discovery call to help me design your plan.

3) I design your plan and email it to you with detailed instructions (includes full color images and descriptions of all exercises) via email within 48 hours of our call.

How long is it for?

Generally your program is based on a 4 week plan.  

Do I have to live in Okotoks?

Absolutely not! The great thing is you can live anywhere in the world to sign up.

How do I renew?

If you choose to continue with another month of personalized fitness programming pay for another month and let me know if anything has changed. I'll change your plan and provide you a new one accordingly.

What if I'm a beginner?

No problem at all - this plan is custom designed to suit YOU!  I'll take into account your current fitness level and build it from there, as you grow it will too.
