My open gym option provides space for up to 2 people to share the studio together.  Each "open" gym session must be booked separately.  First come first served. Booking is for 1 hour max.

 

NOTE:  This booking does not personal training.  I will be on site but the rental fee to use the "open gym" space doesn't include instruction.

 

Payment is required to save your spot. 6 hours notice applies to cancel your booking without forfeiting your spot and payment.
