Service Description

Like a personal trainer without the trainer, or a supplemental program to your current personal training and/or fitness program. This call is for those who are wanting to have me create their own 4 or 8 week customized fitness plan that includes cardiovascular workouts, strength training and even mobility and flexibility components. ​Never be stuck wondering what to do - with a PFP you'll know what to do week by week and month by month. No equipment? No problem! Access to a gym? Great I'll create a gym plan for you too. Let's chat!

Cancellation Policy

I require 6 hours notice to cancel a session otherwise it may be forfeited.
