Return Policy on Goods
T-Shirts, Tanks, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps, Water Bottles, Leggings:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items that include T-Shirts, Tanks, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps or Water Bottles must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an the part of Printful are covered at their expense (and in this case Julie Hodge Fitness will not be held liable whatsoever). T-Shirts, Tanks, Sweatshirts, Ball Caps and/or Water Bottles are fulfilled and shipped directly from Printful and Printful will take care of any returns on items.
Yoga Leggings, Recipe Meal Plan Packs (hard copy only), Fitness Dice:
Any claims for damaged/defective items that include Yoga Leggings, Recipe Meal Plan Packs (hard copy only) and/or Fitness Dice must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery. To qualify for a refund the item must be returned unused with tags still attached (if applicable) to Julie Hodge Fitness 313 Sunset Place, Okotoks, AB T1S 1P7 within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please email an image of your shipping receipt to when you ship your return to Julie Hodge Fitness so that if accepted you will have the shipping fee refunded as well.
If you notice an issue on any item please submit a problem report immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- date of original purchase
- reason for return or issue (damage/defective explanation)
- full name
- full address including postal code
- method of payment used in original order
- phone number
NOTE: The return address for apparel that includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks. ball caps and water bottles is set by default to the Printful facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to either Printful (t-shirts, sweatshirts, tanks, ball caps, water bottles) or Julie Hodge Fitness for hard copy recipe packs, fitness dice and yoga leggings. You will be liable for paying the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - it is best to contact Julie Hodge Fitness directly by phone 403-651-1088 or email before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We do not refund orders for selections of wrong sizing.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
